Importing from China? We handle it from your supplier's door to customs cleared.

You place the order, we do the rest. We collect the cargo from your supplier’s factory or warehouse, book the sea or air freight, move it to your designated port, then file the declarations, pay the duties and clear it. One company, one point of contact, start to finish.

Whichever Your Cargo Needs

If you import, you know this feeling

Sound familiar?

Most importers do not lose money on the freight rate. They lose it in the week when nobody tells them anything.

Your supplier says the cargo is ready. Then two weeks pass and nobody can tell you where it actually is.

A duty and tax bill arrives that looks nothing like the number you budgeted for, and by then it is too late to do anything about it.

One document is missing or filled in wrong, and the whole consignment stops until somebody abroad wakes up and resends it.

The container lands, and then it sits. Every day it sits at the port, the demurrage and detention meter is running.

Your goods get declared under the wrong tariff heading, so now you are arguing your way out of it instead of selling.

You are chasing three separate parties: a forwarder, a shipping line and a clearing agent, and each one blames the other two.

That last one is the real problem, and it is the one we remove. We are the freight forwarder and the licensed clearing agent. There is nobody for us to pass the blame to.

How it works

What actually happens after you say go

Four stages, and you hear from us at every one of them, whether the news is good or not.

We collect from your supplier

As soon as your supplier has the cargo ready, we arrange collection straight from their factory or warehouse. You do not need to appoint a separate agent at the other end.

We book the freight

Sea freight if you are moving volume and want the cost down. Air freight if it is urgent or high value. We tell you honestly which one your shipment actually needs.

We move it to your port

The consignment sails or flies to the port you have designated. You get updates on the way, so you can plan your stock and your cash instead of guessing.

We clear it through customs

This is the part most importers dread. We file the import declarations against the correct tariff, handle the duties and taxes, and get your cargo released.

Why this matters

Not everyone is allowed to clear your cargo

Import formalities, declarations against the right tariff heading, duty and tax payments, and the documentation behind a clean clearance: in Pakistan all of that has to go through a licensed customs agency. Plenty of companies will happily quote you a freight rate. Far fewer are able to legally finish the job.

We hold that licence. So your cargo does not change hands at the port, and you do not get handed to a stranger at the exact moment things get complicated.

What we take off your desk

The clearance work, handled

Import formalities

Every step the law asks for on an inbound consignment, filed properly the first time.

Declarations against the correct tariff

Get the classification wrong and you either overpay for years or end up in a dispute. We get it right at the start.

Duties and taxes

Worked out and paid on your behalf, and told to you before the cargo lands rather than after.

The full document set

Invoice, packing list, bill of lading or airway bill, certificates. We check them while the cargo is still moving, not once it is stuck.

A clearance strategy

Some consignments need planning before they even sail. We tell you that in advance, while you can still act on it.

Got a supplier invoice sitting in front of you?

Send it across. We will tell you what it costs to land and clear, before you commit to anything.

Getting it here

Sea or air, plus the legs either side

The same team arranges the pickup abroad, the main leg, and the clearance at this end.

Sea Freight

The economical route for volume. Full container or shared, depending on what you are moving.

Air Freight

For urgent and high value consignments, where the cost of waiting is higher than the cost of flying.

Origin Pickup

Collection straight from your supplier's factory or warehouse, plus the inland move once cleared.

Worldwide Origins

China most often, but also the Gulf, Europe, the UK, the USA and across Asia.

Why importers stay

What it is actually like working with us

One company, not three

Freight and licensed clearance under one roof. Nobody hands you off, and nobody blames the other guy.

You hear from us first

If something is going to slip, you find out from us while there is still time to act, not from your buyer asking where the stock is.

The duty number, up front

We work out your duties and taxes before the cargo lands, so your costing is based on a real figure rather than a hopeful one.

Doing this since 1998

Nearly three decades of Pakistani import work, and the relationships at the ports that come with that.
